Design Consultation (7 Hour Session)

Whether you’re building your dream home, starting a rental business and want to boost your nightly rate, or fitting out a restaurant and want to create the perfect vibe, we offer a one-day consultation service to take a deep dive into finer details of your project.

We aim to answer all of your questions from both an interior design perspective, providing you with ideas for potential design solutions, statement furniture and room layouts as well as engineering solutions behind those ideas and what you need to relay to your builder in order to implement the designs you desire.

Francis Guzman is our creative director and has worked in the world of interior design for 27 years. Working on a huge variety of projects ranging from London townhouse house dressing, luxury hotel refurbishments and country manors across the globe.

Your consultation with Francis will consist of an onsite meeting at the location/s of your choice with a very much bespoke to you, detailed Q&A day.

Feel free to prepare for the session with specific questions and ideas that you have been pondering on and would like to discuss, to make the most of your consultation.

Alternatively, if you'd prefer a more open set up to see where the session takes you, we're happy to explore and flesh out ideas with you in real time on the day. This could consist of, meeting at a space that has inspired you and that you would like to emulate in your own project. Followed by a trip to your project space to explore some of those ideas and turn them into practical solutions that we can help you implement.

This day is very much bespoke to you, and we always aim to overdeliver on value, to ensure you get as much out of it as possible.

Here are a few ideas of (but not limited to) the potential tangible outputs to your consultation. These are directed by you, as these sessions are bespoke to your project:

- Creation of a digital storyboard and theme for your project.

- Initial sketches of statement furniture that can be custom made to suit your space along with a list of suppliers who we can help design and make the furniture for you, if not commissioned by ourselves.

- Initial floor plan sketches of the space to create the overall flow of each room.

- Sample and fabric books brought to the session for you to keep, to provide ideas on what potential fabrics can be used to dress your space. Along with a list of suppliers, for the manufacture of soft furnishings like curtains, sofas, blinds and cushions. Please request in advance for us to bring these to your consultation.

-Colour books to help decide on paints, sheens (i.e. gloss, satin, matt), where these can be ordered from and recommendations on decorators that have a high degree of eye for details.

- Recommendations on plants and flowers to suit your space.

*Important Notes* The consultation is limited to an 8 hour day including a 1 hour lunch. Although we will of course do our best to deliver any information we have promised during the session outside of the consultation time. Once the session is complete, we are not 'obliged' to do so. Any additional formal consultation over the phone or in-person will be charged at a rate of £225 p/hr.

This is a strict rule, as this service was only created due to 'on-request-demand' as we already have a lot of in-house projects we are committed to. Therefore, any time spent away from these in-house projects will put a hold on their progress. For this same reason, we do not provide testimonials or references for this service. The proof is in our work, your experience with us and your word-of-mouth recommendation to us.

There is no travel charge for in-person London-based consultations inside the M25.
