Shipping Policy for Physical Products (Items Under 30kg)

We endeavour to dispatch all Little Lux London products to you on the same day when possible, using our vast fulfilment network. We have FREE and FAST shipping to the UK and USA. We no longer ship anywhere else other than the UK and USA, due to unreliable delivery and customs processing. There are no import taxes or customs fees to pay for any order, as all products are held in the country of sale.

Items with a single item weight of over 30kg are only shipped to UK mainland at the moment.

United Kingdom | FREE | 1-2 Day Delivery for boxed items.

United Kingdom | FREE | 2-4 Day Delivery for crates or palletised items.

If you are a distributor in a region that we do not ship to or you are looking to order in large volumes feel free to get in contact with us.

 

Returns Policy for Physical Products (Items Under 30kg)

In the unlikely event that you are not one hundred percent satisfied with your order, we would be happy to provide you with a full refund within 30 days of the product arriving on your doorstep. As long as the product is returned to us in the same saleable condition that it arrived in. 

Please contact littleluxldn@gmail.com before making a return, so that we can acknowledge your order prior to the return and so that we may be able to resolve any issues that you may be having.

 

Returns Policy for Physical Products (Items Over 30kg)

Items with a single item weight of over 30kg can be returned for a partial refund within 30 days, if the customer covers the outbound and inbound shipping cost of the product from us to you, and from you to us.

Where the cost of shipping is stated as free and included in the price of the product when purchasing or in the shipping policy, the customer will be notified as the actual cost of the outbound shipping when the return is requested and this outbound shipping cost will be deducted from the refund provided to the customer. The inbound shipping to us will need to be arranged and paid for by the customer. This is due to the high cost of shipping heavy goods.

This policy is installed as a precaution in the event that the customer accidentally over orders very heavy items. If you are not exactly sure how much do you need to order for a particular project then please enquire first before making an order and where possible please order a sample first to confirm that you like the product.
